So here is the final fight to crown the top No. 1 contender in the UFC's lightweight division.

Final Fight: Kenny Florian vs Diego Sanchez

Everybody will remember the fight these two men had at The Ultimate Fighter 1 Finale. Both men were the finalists for the middleweight division. Diego had defeated Florian in dominant fashion in the first round.

The thing is, the fight was at 185 pounds, and it was five years ago. It's safe to say that a lot has changed since that night.

Kenny Florian has cemented his legacy as one of the best lightweight fighters in the UFC and possibly in the world. His dominant wins over Roger Huerta, Joe Stevenson, and Clay Guida leave no doubt in anybody's minds.

Diego Sanchez had a good run at 170 pounds before really shinning at 155 and beating Joe Stevenson and Clay Guida.

The interesting thing here is the fact that both men have fought both Stevenson and Guida. Florian submitted both of them in the first and second round respectively while Diego won a unanimous decision over Joe and a split decision over Clay.

A rematch between these two would be very interesting. Diego has great cardio and loves to push the pace like a wild animal. Kenny is more reserved, he rather take his time and then strike.

Kenny would most likely have the advantage with submissions while Diego is the better wrestler. The question is, who's the better striker?

Who will be the fighter to win the lightweight tournament, Kenny Florian or Diego Sanchez?

Be sure to check out the tournament next week as the winner is announced and the welterweight tournament begins. Don't forget to leave your votes.
