Is Ric Flair Selling Out By Joining TNA Wrestling?
I've been defending Flair's decision to join TNA because I don't believe he is wrestling and I feel he can be a great addition to help the younger guys know the business and cut a promo, something AJ Styles is lacking on.
However, I came across this Round Table that WWE did when Flair, Taz, and Foley were in the company. I'm sure many have seen this, but for those that haven't, have a quick look:

To me, it seems REALLY funny that Flair knocked many current TNA stars and is now apart of the company. After knocking Russo, Ed, Hall, Nash, and the nWo, that he is now a part of a company that is clearly behind the team of Ed and Vince along with a reunion of the nWo.
How can you, Flair? Well, clearly with this interview we cannot take Flair's word seriously, but Flair states that it was because TNA wanted him and WWE didn't.
Are you serious? Didn't you leave the business to do your own thing? Do you need the money that badly to pay off your ex-wives along with paying for your current wife?
My question is, did he call Shawn or Paul (HHH)? He has interviews praising HHH, but does he still keep in contact? I'm sure if he did, he wouldn't be in this spot right now. He wouldn't be a lost dog looking for a home so he wouldn't be eating in the dumpsters.
I'm not trying to bash Flair. I love Flair. I just don't get why, after bashing a company ("What is TNA?") and calling out the storylines that Ed and Vince have done, you are now working for them and listening to their ideas. Why?
I guess if there is ONE positive, if you look at it in a positive way, Flair said that when he entered the locker room, Sting walked up to Flair, hugged him, and told Flair he is the reason he came back.
Is it smart on Sting's part, though? Do these guys NOT like spending time at home with their family? Does this mean we will see Flair go against Sting at an upcoming PPV?
And better yet, why didn't Sting show up at the HoF for Flair and when Flair was talking about his biggest matches, he always downplayed his matches against Sting?
If I could only get an hour to spend with Flair, I'd love to know what is going on inside his mind...
