NFL Wild Card Predictions

Hi,

As my first article, I've chosen to make my predictions about this week's NFL Playoffs and  I will give you an explanation about each pick, hope you have your own opinions and put it as a comment.

N.Y Jets (24) vs. Cincinnati Bengals (14)

After last week's blowout N.Y has the momentum, but remember Cincy rested it's best players for the playoffs, still I think Rex Ryan's defense will be overwhelming to      Carson Palmer & Co., The only way the Bengals will win if they pressure rookie QB Mark Sanchez which is not likely because the Jets will be running for most of the game.

Philadelphia Eagles (38) vs. Dallas Cowboys (35)

I know, I know, Dallas won the last 2 games, but I'm sure this is the Eagles year. Nobody wants it more than Donovan McNabb & Andy Reid, still it will be a close game and full of thrills. Tony Romo has shook off critics about his December play, so it will be close game probably ending in a last second field goal.

Baltimore Ravens (7) vs. New England Patriots (17)

The Patriots have the edge here simply because Tom Brady is, well, Tom Brady and I don't think the Raven D-Line will put enough pressure on him. The game will come down to the Patriots D' locking down the Ravens offense.

Green Bay Packers (20) vs. Arizona Cardinals (10)

Kurt Warner is not the same guy we saw last year, he is getting to old to get hit and he is playing one of the top-5 passing defenses in the league                                 so I guess it's up to it's D against Aaron Rodgers, who is playing his best football season, but the Cardinals defense is to weak to go against the Packers passing/rushing combo's.
