After being released from Belenenses in late December, United States international Freddy Adu has finally made up decision where he would go, as Adu will now join Aris of the Greek Super League on an 18-month loan over Hull City.

Currently, Aris are fourth in the Greek Super League, and they have also have gotten another American international in Eddie Johnson to play alongside Adu on a loan from Fulham.

This will now be Adu's fourth separate side that he has joined since leaving Major League Soccer's Real Salt Lake in 2007 for Benfica, as Adu has been put on loan to Monaco, Belenenses, and now Aris.

It will be interesting to see how Adu will play here in his latest stint in European football with Johnson, as both are attempting to make it onto the United States international squad for June's World Cup.

After joining Aris, Adu said on Twitter that he was excited to join Aris, and that after doing research over if he will join Aris or Hull City, Adu chose the Greek side, and he believes that he could help make a difference for Aris.

For Adu, this could be the opportunity to get onto his first World Cup squad and show that he could be the star that many thought that he would be back when he was a teenager.
