Why The Pac Ten Will Be Best Conference Next Year

This bowl season seven pac ten teams went to bowls and five of them lost. Not exactly a repeat of last years stellar undefeated bowl season, but don't start chuckling now SEC fans, the conference of champions had some blemishes on their record this year but if we look at the bowl games we see some promising things for the Pac 10. One thing to Keep in mind the Pac 10 had an unfair schedule in most of their bowls because most of their matchups were ranked higher had a better record or both. Next year the Pac 10 will be unmatched. If you don't beleive me lets look at three teams in the Pac 10 that will be extremely competitive in not only the Pac 10 but in ooc and bowl games as well.

Oregon state

Things look very promising for Oregon state even if things didn't go well  against BYU. Their only major loss is their quarterback which can be devastating to a program but whoever they have to replace Sean Canfield should be able to learn quickly. Why? Because the rodgers brothers are returning and what new quarterback wouldn't  want them to have as weapons Jacquizz rushed for 1400 yards and received for 500. James received for 1000 yards and was the teams 2nd leading rusher. Next year the beavers will be a team to watch.

Oregon

The ducks offense was one of the most potent and fast paced offenses in college football. Lamichael James is one of the most talented runningbacks in college football averaging nearly 7 yards per carry, more than anyone else in college football and he's only a freshman so expect to see him get even better.Jeremiah Masoli is returning for his senior season along with their top 2 recievers and and 10 starters on defense expect the ducks to be at the top of the Pac 10 and possibly even national title contenders

USC

This team was ranked third at one point but they lost 8 starters on defense and their quarterback and we saw that they are not the trojans of last year. This year only six trojans will be leaving although the secondary loses 3/4 starters but all other areas seem to be ok. Will be keeping their top 2 running backs and their fullback the trojans run game should be solid. Now what youv'e been expecting, Matt Barkley showed a lot of promise early in the year but he seemed to fall apart when he started playing       against good teams. Next year  he wont be a freshman so he wont make so many freshman mistakes in theory.
