NFL Fantasy Football Get 'Em or Don't Sweat 'Em Week 16
Before we get started, check out my Week 17 NFL Picks.
Now, on to last week's performances.
There were some unusual heroes on Sunday. There always are. Let’s take a look at them and see if they are worthy of your fantasy rosters.
Charlie Frye, QB, Oakland Raiders
Frye threw for 333 yards, but had 3 INTs. He takes on Baltimore next week, which makes him a poor option in two-QB leagues.
Ruling: Don’t Sweat ‘em.
Matt Moore, Carolina Panthers
Moore threw 3 TDs in each of the past two games. He’s a much better option to use in Week 17 for 2-QB leagues, but I wouldn’t trust him without Steve Smith.
Ruling: Don’ Sweat ‘em.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Brandon Jackson, RB, Green Bay Packers
Jackson scored three TDs, but I wouldn’t count on him next week against Arizona even in a flex spot.
Ruling: Don’t Sweat ‘em.
Arian Foster, RB, Houston Texans
The Texans’ running game is so frustrating. He’s probably worth a shot against the Patriots if you’re running on empty at RB, but after getting burned by him, I can’t bring myself to endorse him.
Ruling: Get ‘em.
Lex Hilliard, RB, Miami Dolphins
Lex has 13 catches the past two weeks, including nine this week for 74 yards and a score. Still, I can’t endorse him even as a flex player in a PPR league. I’d rather stick with a WR.
Ruling: Don’t Sweat ‘em.
Sammy Morris, RB, New England Patriots
Sammy will likely be one of the hottest commodities in league’s that play out the full season. If he’s there and you need help, go ahead and grab him.
Ruling: Get ‘em.
Donald Brown, RB, Indianapolis Colts
Brown didn’t run well, but he scored. He’ll likely get the bulk of the work next week against Buffalo’s soft run defense. He should absolutely be considered.
Ruling: Get ‘em.
Marty Booker, WR, Atlanta Falcons
Booker caught four passes for 57 yards and a TD. He could be a sneaky play next week against Tampa Bay if Tony Gonzalez is out.
Ruling: Maybe in a pinch.
Mohamed Massaquoi, WR, Cleveland Browns
Massaquoi got into the end zone, but Derek Anderson really can’t move the ball through the air. Don’t count on him next week against Jacksonville.
Ruling: Don’t Sweat ‘em.
Jabar Gafney, WR, Denver Broncos
Gafney caught seven passes, including 2 TDs, for 69 yards in Denver’s loss to Philly. Those were his first scores of the year, and I wouldn’t expect him to repeat against Kansas City next week.
Ruling: Don’t Sweat ‘em.
