Peyton Manning: Remember Is a Team Sport, Pouting Not Allowed

Just in case Peyton Manning is in the bench pouting about not playing the second half of the Jets game, he must remember this is just about a team!

Before all the Baltimore Colts fans start to bad mouth the coach , remember is about a team!

It is about winning a Superbowl !

Not about an undefeated season. it's about a team!

Is not about making Peyton Manning a living god with an undefeated season , is about a team wanting to win a Superbowl!

Is about a team!

I know all you Manning maniacs who really care about packing his stats so you can worship more of him are not happy with his benching.

Well! remember is about a Superbowl win, is about a team!

Coach Caldwell is looking at the big picture, remember is a team thing!

One thing I don't understand, why didn't Peyton Manning just refused to be benched and just go in the game.

I'm sure all  Colts fans remember when Peyton Manning send back the punt team Tony Dungy sent in ! remember that?

He shushed the coach and overrode his decision!

Tony Dungy was just too nice of a coach.

What do you think would of happen to Peyton Manning if it would of been  Vince Lombardi, Johnson or "The Tuna" he tried to pull that on?

Can you say bench, or a one way ticket out of town no matter who you are!

Sometimes I think Peyton owns the team, the coaches are just there as traffic controllers, I would bet Mr. Manning will probably give a private call to the owner and will be playing next week!

Probably until the Colts are 21 points up or until he makes "the decision" to come out.

Just seen his press conference, he did measure his words, but you can tell he wanted to say more.

This loss and the decision to rest some starters is no big deal, but I'm afraid the arrogance confused by the media as "just Peyton being a competitor " may be Coach Caldwell's biggest enemy.

If Manning can't keep his trap shut this week he could hurt his teams morale.

Peyton Manning should remenber the great poet  Allen Iverson and should make this week: "ALL ABOUT PRACTICE"
