Playoff Ramifications...Play to Win

Did Bill Polian and the Indianapolis Colts quit playing to win the game after seeing the outcomes of the early games on Sunday? Looks to this fan the Colts had more desire to determine who they would face in the playoffs then keeping the perfect season intact. Did the Colts management and staff do the math as to their odds of playoff foes and make the decision to remove Peyton Manning from the game? Shameful...play to win the game.

As a football fan I understand the desire to keep players healthy for the playoffs, but seriously the NFL (Goodell) should take a BIG look at the way the Indianapolis Colts conducted themselves on Sunday against the Jets as an organization. Is it about the dollars signs?

Bookies and gamblers alike are either rejoicing or crying due to the outcome of this game...shameful.

Don't get me wrong Indianapolis Colts are the number one seed for the playoffs in the AFC and deservedly so. However, its shameful the way they conducted themselves today as an organization to throw the chance of having a perfect season. This NFL fan hopes they lose the rest of their games this year since the Colts management or coaches desire to not play the game.

The way this game played out is almost as shameful as when the Colts left Baltimore under the cover of darkness and Goodell should take a BIG look as to how this game played out.
