Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, The Realest Fan
Let's get it on already! Alright, enough with this back and fourth stuff...Like Manny said, "enough is enough!" All I have to say, from a boxing fan perspective, is that it appears that team Mayweather is trying to either stall, build up greater hype, or is really fearful of stepping into the square circle against a man who is regarded as the Pound for Pound best, Manny Pacquiao (Unless proven otherwise by the Pretty Boy). I am leaning towards the latter.
This tactic that the Mayweathers are using should be an easy fix. I do not by any means consider myself an expert, but Manny has already agreed on the blood tests right? However, he has rejected the idea of "random" blood testing. In my opinion, I am in agreement with Team Pacquiao, for the simple fact that they have agreed on testing 48 hours prior to the fight and immediately following the contest. I mean, honestly, what else can you say? If Manny actually does use HGH or some illegal substance(s), which I highly doubt, it would still be in his system during the testing that Pacquiao has already agreed upon. I mean testing should be reasonable, whereas random testing needs to follow the same "reasonable guidelines". Athletes are superstious, period. Think about this, who would want to be in a deep slumber to be awakened in the early hours prior to a fight in order to conduct a blood test?
Sorry for the rambling, but come on! If team Mayweather really wanted the fight, they would compromise. The mere fact that Manny would even agree to blood tests should be enough It is really uneccessary, this only discredits the entire sport of boxing and everyone who is in anyway involved with the sport. This type of testing has never been done, so why now. I smell fear. I used to respect at least Floyd Jr., but now come on! Now, all those who dislike the humble Filipino are all jumping on the hater bandwagon! Yeah, Paulie, Kermit, Floyd, and now...Oscar? Why, Manny has shown nothing but class and respect while conducting his business priorities in the ring, and this is coming from a boxing fan not a "Manny Pacquiao" fan.
I'm done...for now.
