Chauncey is expected to return to the Nuggets line-up tonight, and it could be a problem for Portland. Denver presents a ton of match-up problems already, and Billups will be another test. Not only that, but Ty Lawson has had good games in Chauncey's absence. We will need every ounce of goodness from our point guards, but I don't see it happening tonight.

Brandon Roy is once again questionable for tonight's game, but here's to hoping he plays! Despite getting past San Antonio without Roy, it won't work against Denver. There are just too many weapons to deal with here. I think Bayless will have another big game if called upon...but I think Roy plays and dominates this match-up.

Carmelo Anthony seems to always kill Portland. He scored 41 points earlier this year and last year it was much of the same. He's averaging over 30 points per game and his unorthodox style can't be defended by Martell. Oh yeah, they also have JR Smith who was suspended during our first game against Denver. He had 10 three pointers in his last game and is never short on confidence. No chance here.

LaMarcus will be called upon to make major contributions tonight. He's been solid lately, but to win here, he needs 30 points plus aggressive work on the boards. KMart is ok, but he's not much of a threat to score. I like LaMarcus here.

It's tough to even look at this match-up. Nene is a top level center in the West. He's a tough match-up for most, and impossible for Portland. There's also Chris Andersen who presents a defensive presence who will hurt the production of our smaller front line. We'll need to work quickly and efficiently on offense in order to win this game. But, there's no way Portland can keep this streak alive with so many injuries, right?
