Name one sleeper and one bust for Week 16.
My Response
Jason Snelling, RB, Atlanta Falcons
Michael Turner is likely to miss the week’s dream matchup against the Bills’ league-worst run defense. They have allowed 165.6 yards per game and 18 TDs. Snelling has proved that he can put up huge numbers if he’s given the opportunity. He should be a force in the fantasy football championship.
Brett Favre, QB, Minnesota Vikings
While everyone was concentrating on Tony Romo’s struggles, they gave a pass to No. 4, who has also experienced a December swoon the past few years. Favre is averaging 199.8 yards in his last 11 December games with 11 TDs to 17 INTs.
At one time it appeared they were a lock for a first round bye, but the Eagles are nipping at their heels. Panic is starting to set in a bit in Minnesota as word came out that Brad Childress thought about pulling Favre in their loss to Carolina. If he doesn’t turn things around, this feel-good story is going to have a familiar ending.
