"How Bout Dem Cowboys"

Well just when the whole world outside of Cowboy fans thought that they didn't stand a chance versus the New Orleans Saints the 'Boys pull out an improbable win in a very hostile place the Super Dome where the Saints seem unbeatable. The Cowboys did something in this game that they haven't done all season and that score on there opening drive a 49 yard touchdown pass to Miles Austin and played very strong in the secondary and as a whole unit.The naysayers are still hating on the boys but what would the NFL be without these media darlings. The Cowboys fuel the league wit drama and when the Cowboys come to the town its usually a sellout for the team there facing. As I watch the pregame hype I notice how there making excuse for the Saints saying that this is what they needed was to lose 1 so that they could focus on winning the Super Bowl as if that was easy to do. They were not focusing on how strong a game the Boys played against a very good team how they exploited them and their weak defense and their flash and pazzaz offense wit their inadequate run game. Our offense was superior to theirs and our defense out shine them as well. I just wish the pundits would give credit when credit is due. They say that the Cowboys acted as if they won the championship when they did just win. And the MVP of the game was a player that just 6 days ago was carted off the field with a neck injury that looked serious and that player is none other than my favorite Cowboy #94 Demarcus Ware. He had 2 very big plays a 2 sacks and 2 forced fumbles with the last one clinching the victory. The Cowboys get that much needed victory in December that everybody's been waiting on. With only the Redskins and Eagles left on the schedule they are peeking at the right time. Taking momentum into the playoffs is key for any team that wants to take hold of the Lombardi Trophy something that this proud organization has been fortunate enough to win 5 times second only to the defending champion Steelers 6 wins.
