King JDec 5, 2009

Minto was able to land hard, clean punches on Arreola even landing combination punches and upper cuts to the chin, but it seemed he was just too small and did not pack enough power in his punches to the larger more experienced Arreola.
Several times Minto was hurt by the power shots of Arreola, but rather than retreating backwards he decided to stand toe to toe and swung back wildly causing the Atlantic City crowd to jump to their feet as they cheered on.
In the fourth round Arreola landed a big right hand that floored Minto. Minto got up and decide to again trade power shots with Arreola and was knocked down again even harder.
Minto was able to beat the count, but the referee decided he had enough and waived off the fight. In the post fight interview Max Kellerman questioned Arreola about his weight coming in at 263 lbs.
Arreola joked about how he gets hungry at night time and that Albertos is open 24 hours. He also stated that he still trained hard in sparring and in the gym and that can not be measured. Arreola then stated that he is still a top 10 heavyweight and even a top 5 heavyweight and gave compliments to Minto for fighting in such a tough manner.
Chris Arreola improves his record to 28(25)-1.
Brian Minto, who may have won over a lot of fans tonight with his ever so brave performance, falls to 34(21)-3.
