Heisman In Reality Why Mark Ingram Is Ahead
So, Ive been reading on people's Heisman race predictions, and most of them are BS. People throw in random LB and team favorites, it's time we face reality. The biggest problem is Toby Gerhart, and the close one hosting Cal didnt help his chances at all. Toby is discredited because of the team he plays for, they expect a player from a lower school in a tough division to win, hes a HB he can only do so much, it's team, so sorry Cardinal fans, this is reality and I'm speaking the truth, because of yesterday, Toby is thrown out of the Heisman race. Here aremy Heisman predictions:
1. Mark Ingram - This player right here is a beast, leading Alabama 12-0 and soon a national championship against my number 2 pick.
2. Colt McCoy - As much as I hate it, he is gonna be in the race, he nearly poured in tears with outmost devotion when he didn't win last year. He's had a rough year with alot of expectations for him, but he barely loses again, to a powerful and elusive Mark Ingram.
3. Kellen Moore - I was left astonished in Boise's home opener, they dismantled and humiliated my beloved Ducks. With another team I would start to hate them, but I have so much respect for Boise state and Kellen Moore, a great team in a weak conference that doesn't get any respect. But with a QB whose numbers are among the top in FBS football, he gets number 3, and Boise State goes to an Emerald Bowl to face a down pouring Trojan team.
4.C.J. Spiller - Another great who doesn't get credit due to national exposure, this man is an all around athlete, he even threw for a touchdown! His numbers aren't all of his story, he's led a Clemson team from the gutter to a suprising ACC Championship matchup against the Jackets.
5. Tim Tebow - Another overrated, sure he can run over a few stale LB's but what the hell is that gonna do for you in the pros!? Lets see Tebow go 1 on 1 with Ray Lewis, not pretty right? But unfortunatley this is the college Heisman Trophy, so he stands at 5, and the only reason is because people are more likely to watch the ceromony in New York, but he doesn't win it, NCAA is good with scamming, and that's exactly what they're gonna do, I might have to edit this list if Tebow proves himself in Bama, but as for now he's #5. Look for him to crack under pressure in the SEC title game.
Please comment on who you think should win the Heisman, or if you have any feedback on my choices. Future topics I should write about would be appreciated too, i'll be sure to give you credit on them.
