Pac 10, Big East, SEC, why the Pac 10 is ahead

Off to a jump start, NO they aren't a super conference, with super teams, and super rivalries, but this week really SHUT UP Pac 10 Haters. Lets take a look at The BCS standings 2 weeks ago

Hmm... lets see how it tunes out conference wide, ranked sec teams: 3, ranked Big 10 teams: 4, Ranked big 12 teams: 2, Ranked Big East *teams: 4 ranked pac 10 teams: 4

So SEC fans, you guys haven't been bitchin about the standings till now, when your not among the top. And you guys have every right to bitch, if it were up to this there would be a 3 way tie, Big 10, Big East, Pac 10. Not so fast my friend, an average person would tell you that 2 out of 3 of the top conference ranking wise isn't even in the talk. Before I get into talking about that, I just want you guys to see the present BCS standings

Now if you really notice, a loss affects the pac 10 more than any other conference, if you lose in SEC you move down say... 3 ranks, if you lose in the Pac 10, you're down 6 ranks and potentially out of the top 25, that, my friend, is the reason the SEC is so highly overated. I want you guys to take a look at my top confrences this year.

1. Pac 10 - The most athletic confrence in my opinion, you never know what is gonna happen, there is a new king in the confrence: UO, but don't look for it to last much longer, USC is seeking revenge, and this year was a rebuilding year for them.

*2. Big East - Great competition, Great teams, Great football, This was supposed to be a redemtion year for the big east and they sure did Redeem themselves, look for a great bowl season

3. ACC - FSU had a rough year but the rest seemed to hold there pole, Hokies have slipped a few but despite all the haters, they bounced back up with the elite in college football

4. SEC - dont hate me for putting them in 4th, I am not a Sec hater, they have got some amazing athletes and amazing teams, just not enough amazing teams too hold them out as an elite confrence, look for a tragic bowl season

5. Big 10 - I didnt want to go as far as putting them ahead of the SEC, but as much as I hate to say it, they are a desent conference. Penn State looked like a BCS team yesterday, and Ohio State is still overrated (;

6. Big 12 - a rough year for them, Texas is holding there own.

7.Mountain West - Utah is not looking as good as I hoped, TCU is rolling, but TCU will lose their bowl game, teams get too much credit for blowing out bad teams, another overrated TCU team

8.Conf. USA -Houston is looking suprising but not ranked worthy,

9. Sun Belt - nothing really to say about them, i have respect for Troy though

10. Mac - Toledo was dissappointing

SEC was very dissappointing I really hoped for a better year, Please comment on what you think. Look for more Pac 10 brilliance, the Quackers are knocking
