Charlotte Flair appeared on Wednesday's episode of WWE's The Bump to discuss her return from a storyline suspension on Monday's episode of Raw.

After losing a match to Asuka because of interference from Raw Women's champion Rhea Ripley last week, Charlotte snapped and brutally attacked the official. As a result, WWE announced that she was suspended indefinitely and fined $100,000.

Charlotte's suspension didn't last long, though, as Sonya Deville brought her back on this week's Raw and reinstated her after The Queen apologized to the referee she attacked.

When asked Wednesday about Deville lifting her suspension, Charlotte said (beginning at the 14:40 mark): "They made a smart business choice. They put me back on Monday Night Raw, like I thought they would."

Since being left off the WrestleMania 37 card, Flair has showcased a new attitude and gone back to being a clear and obvious heel.

Flair returned to action in December after missing six months because of injury, and she returned as a babyface. Charlotte and Asuka held the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships for a period, and Charlotte later feuded with Lacey Evans.

The Queen essentially challenged Asuka to a match for the Raw Women's title at WrestleMania several weeks before the show, but an audible was called, and Ripley was put in that spot instead.

Charlotte has subsequently referred to herself as "The Opportunity," and she has made it clear that she believes the women's division runs through her.

Upon returning from suspension Monday, Charlotte beat Mandy Rose in a singles match, and it looks like she is well on her way to challenging for the Raw Women's title again.
