—Very good athlete who has shown to run well when open with explosiveness and jumping ability.

—Sinks hips well, able to give good bursts off breaks.

—Physical in run support and tackling. Will front up the ball-carrier.

—Has the ball skills to catch or play the ball in the air.

—Plays with high pad level, has difficulty flipping his hips and getting out of breaks at times.

—Very raw in press and off man coverage.

—Smaller school prospect that has struggled with some of the more elite athletes.

OVERALL

Rochell is an athletic safety from the FCS level. He thrived on his length and athletic ability while being raw with his technique at cornerback. Though he has length and was listed at 6'2", he was measured to be under 6 feet. With his length, he struggled with his pad level and isn't as fluid as you would like when flipping hips. When at the Senior Bowl, he had a difficult time covering the more refined athletes with speed. He is often beat off the line when playing press but has shown recovery speed and ball skills to finish at times.

In the run game, Rochell plays with good physicality and shows consistency in tackling. The raw potential and shortcomings in Rochell's game showed up in both game tape and Senior Bowl week. He will need some time to adjust to the speed and to continue his development at cornerback.
