—Plays with good instincts and vision to see plays develop.

—Good overall athletic ability to cover with quick feet and ball skills to attack ball in the air.

—Plays center field. Reads quarterbacks' eyes, tracks the ball in the air very well.

—Good feel for running lanes and takes good angles to the ball.

—Solid tackler. Does a good job getting the ball-carrier down.

NEGATIVES

—Average size and functional strength. Can get pushed around.

—Weaker tackler at times. Throws shoulders in tackles and gets shrugged off too much.

—Has average play speed and can struggle with faster receivers.

2020 STATISTICS

2 Games: 11 tackles, 1 INT

NOTES

9/26/20: Tore ACL in pregame vs. Georgia Tech

OVERALL

Cisco is a smart player with good instincts. Has the ability to play over the top and to drop in underneath coverage as a nickel. Good overall athlete who has some ball hawking tendencies to his game. He is able to get off the hash and defend the sideline. Shows to have a smooth backpedal with quick feet out of breaks. Attacks downhill to ball-carrier. Tackling the bigger and more explosive backs of the NFL would be a question as he struggled with twitchier athletes at times.

Cisco plays with good game speed but lacks explosiveness to run deep.. Unfortunately he tends to disappear at times and isn't consistent with his playmaking skills. Cisco tore his ACL in the pregame of the Georgia Tech game and chose to only do the bench press at his pro day. With the pro day being around the 6 month mark of his surgery, it is unclear how well he recovers and if he will return to previous form.

GRADE: 6.8/10 (Career Backup/Rotational Player—Round 5)
