NOTES
9/26/20: Tore ACL in pregame vs. Georgia Tech
OVERALL
Cisco is a smart player with good instincts. Has the ability to play over the top and to drop in underneath coverage as a nickel. Good overall athlete who has some ball hawking tendencies to his game. He is able to get off the hash and defend the sideline. Shows to have a smooth backpedal with quick feet out of breaks. Attacks downhill to ball-carrier. Tackling the bigger and more explosive backs of the NFL would be a question as he struggled with twitchier athletes at times.
Cisco plays with good game speed but lacks explosiveness to run deep.. Unfortunately he tends to disappear at times and isn't consistent with his playmaking skills. Cisco tore his ACL in the pregame of the Georgia Tech game and chose to only do the bench press at his pro day. With the pro day being around the 6 month mark of his surgery, it is unclear how well he recovers and if he will return to previous form.
