Tiger Woods Documentary 'Tiger' to Debut Jan. 10 on HBO; Trailer Released
Tiger Woods' life and career will be the subject of a new HBO documentary that will debut in January.
The two-part series titled Tiger will premiere on Jan. 10 and 17 on HBO and HBO Max:
Woods is among the most famous athletes of his generation, but his life has, for the most part, been kept under wraps.
The two obvious exceptions were the publicity surrounding his infidelity and subsequent divorce from Elin Nordegren and a May 2017 DUI arrest in Florida. A toxicology report found he had five different drugs in his system at the time.
The 44-year-old announced two months after his arrest that he completed an "out-of-state private intensive program."
The documentary will trace Woods' journey to becoming arguably the best golfer in history, his midcareer downfall and the comeback that culminated with his memorable victory at the 2019 Masters.
