With the tempo rising in the English Premier League, change is needed at certain clubs, and fresher faces.

One of those clubs are definitely Manchester United, the Reds are now third on the log with Arsenal having a game in hand, Chelsea seem to be the strongest competitor for the title although its still early days.

Liverpool seem to be out of it, unless there's a major collapse at the top which is unlikely.

So who will Sir Alex opt to bring in when the January Transfer window opens, or will he bring any new faces to Old Trafford.

United defence looks shaky with out of form Rio Ferdinand who back injury does'nt seem do go away, the right back position seem to change every game.

In the midfield, things are more consistent but a new approach is needed, on the right Valencia seems to be finding his feet with much improved performances, in the it appears that Sir Alex can't just find the right combination with Carrick not upto scratch, Scholes not a regular. Ryan Giggs plays now and again, with Nani having lost in touch that made people speak so much when he just arrived.

Young frenchman Obertan seems impressive in his first few encounters, with Wlebeck and Tosic used on a few occasions.

Up front, Rooney continuous to lead the attack with Berbatov coming into gear as the seasons goes about. Owen is struggling to find the net but with more opportunities you put your money on him to find his form.

But is evident that Sir Alex needs to bring in someone that has the ability and awareness to break defences.

Right now the Valencia duo of David & David or Silva & Villa are the best in the business.

Technically they brilliant, they both young, quick players with goal scoring abilities.

And if Fergie wants to challenge for a fourth consecutive title he needs to spice up the attack with some Spanish talent.

Also another young dynamic striker who has caught the eye on several occasions is Argentinian, Sergio "Kun" Aguero. The son-in-law of Maradona who seems to have the speed, movement and final touch and with Atletico Madrid struggling to find their rhythm it could be the perfect time to snatch the young talent.

And if you got money to blow, Alexander Pato would be a good enough catch, the Brazilian has a hefty price tag as Milan want to keep the youngster as Barcelona, Chelsea and other top European clubs are prepared to pay the cash for his services.
