Brian Westbrook's Second Concussion Could Be Season-Ending
Philadelphia Eagles' running back Brian Westbrook was active against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday, but finished the game the same way he did the last game he played in: nursing a head injury on the sidelines .
Westbrook sustained his second concussion in three weeks, which is now prompting speculation that he could miss several weeks, if not the remainder of the season.
Andy Reid and Co. are sure to take extra-special precaution with Westbrook, both due to his age and position, as well as the distance between the two concussions.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Fantasy Perspective: Westbrook was a bit of an inconsistent play and was dealing with other injuries on top of his latest concussion bout, but a second head injury in three weeks should be the icing on the cake. In a bad way, of course.
Look for LeSean McCoy's value to rise as the lead back in Philly for at least the next two to three weeks, while the odds are not in favor for a Westbrook return before the regular season comes to a close, if at all.
