sean pennNov 10, 2009

NFL Power Rankings Week 10 will feature two blockbuster games showcasing teams ranked among the top six in ESPN.com's latest NFL Power Rankings.

The Indianapolis Colts, ranked No. 2 again, will aim to defend their turf against the resurgent No. 6 New England Patriots. Since 1999 season, they have been the NFL's winning teams: The Colts own a 122-46 regular-season record since then, while the Patriots' mark is 116-52. Who wins Sunday? Vote here.

In an AFC North duel for the division lead, the No. 4 Cincinnati Bengals will visit the No. 5 Steelers in a rematch of a Week 3 matchup that the host Bengals won 23-20. The Steelers vaulted two spots by knocking off the Denver Broncos, who fell from No. 4 to No. 7 this week.

For the second consecutive week, the New Orleans Saints ranked No. 1 according to the weekly poll of our experts. The Saints who, like the Colts, have an 8-0 record will try to keep their mark unblemished as they visit the 30th-ranked St. Louis Rams.

Behind the Saints and Colts sit the No. 3 Minnesota Vikings, who after a bye week will entertain the No. 29 Detroit Lions.

The 2009 NFL Power Rankings' cellar has a new occupant. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers escaped it thanks to an upset of the Green Bay Packers. The idle team Cleveland Browns in Week 9 occupy the 32nd position.
