November Is Going To Be a Great Month For Boxing
November is going to be a great month for the sport of boxing. First off, November has several great meaningful fights scheduled including the biggest super mega fight of the year of the sports number one pound for pound fighter Manny Pacquiao vs the number one welter weight champion Miguel Cotto.
On Wednesday November 4th, 2009 Manny Pacquiao will be on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
That Saturday November 7th, the most promising young heavyweight contender David Haye will go for the WBA heavy weight title against champion Nikolay Valuev in Germany the outcome of this fight may have a profound impact on the future of the heavyweight division.
On that same night, the highly anticipated rematch of undefeated light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson vs Glen Johnson will take place on HBO with exciting young power house Alfredo Angulo vs Harry Joe Yorgey as well as episode 3 of HBO's Manny Pacquiao/Miguel Cotto 24/7.
Then the weekend after that, Saturday November 14th, it is the super mega fight that can not get here any sooner Manny Pacquiao vs Miguel Cotto on HBO PPV from Las Vegas at the MGM Grand.
The following Saturday, November 21st, Showtime brings us the second round of the Super Six Classic Tournament of Super Middle Weights with the heavy favorited WBA champion Mikkel Kessler vs the undefeated under dog American favorite Andre Ward.
The weekend after that, HBO is showing the exciting rematch of Lucian Bute vs Librado Andrade for the IBF super middle weight title from Quebec, Canada.
We are on the right track to finish the 2009 year strong as well as it began for the sport of boxing.
