Nikki Bella Believes John Cena Wants Kids, Has Other Doubts After Split

Nikki Bella said Thursday that while she believes John Cena wants to have kids, it doesn't guarantee that they'll get back together.

Speaking to TMZ, Bella said: "I believe 100 percent he wants kids. It makes me want to run back and jump into his arms."

Cena appeared on the Today show Tuesday, where he professed his love for Bella and said he wanted to marry her and have kids with her:

Although Cena seemingly now wants the same things as Bella, she told TMZ she has some thinking to do.

Cena and Bella were originally supposed to get married May 5 after Cena proposed in the middle of the ring at last year's WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida.

Based on previews for the upcoming season of their reality show, Total Bellas, Cena's perceived lack of desire to have children led to their split in April.

Nikki and her twin sister, Brie, appeared on Wednesday's edition of the Today show, and it featured Nikki saying she had "hope" for a future with Cena:

On Thursday, Nikki suggested that she doesn't want to have any doubts before walking down the aisle: "A lot of people get married for publicity. I'm not like those reality-show people. I don't want to be hesitant. I want to do what my heart says."

Viewers will have a chance to see what led to the breakup when the latest season of Total Bellas returns Sunday.
