While Bella said Cena is an "amazing man" and called him her "best friend," she said she doesn't want to be hesitant or regretful before marrying him.
Bella and Cena were scheduled to get married on May 5, but they ended their six-year relationship last month.
Cena professed his love for Nikki on Tuesday's episode of the Today show and stressed that he wants to marry her and be the father of her children:
Marriage and children were a hot-button issue throughout Cena and Bella's relationship, as evidenced by their interactions on the Total Divas and Total Bellas reality shows.
