Hue Jackson Confirms He'll Jump into Lake Erie After Browns' Winless Season
Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson is a man of his word.
Jackson said in January 2017 he would take a dip in Lake Erie if the Browns finished 1-15 in the upcoming season. He announced Monday he'll live up to his end of the bargain following Cleveland's winless 2017 campaign:

The Browns also announced the coach will donate $100 for every member of the organization who joins him in the dive.
Some fans may be disappointed the event comes months after the conclusion of the season, but Cleveland.com's Mary Kay Cabot noted Jackson had to wait for the lake to warm up a bit before he could go swimming. Doctors placed a stent in his heart in 2014, so Jackson was unable to get medical clearance to follow through on his promise until the weather improved.
