According to Chris Slater of the Manchester Evening News, the parade itself will start at 6 p.m. BST, but the gates to the viewing area will already open at 4 p.m. BST. The route will take an open-top bus from Victoria Street, near Manchester Cathedral, to a temporary stage near Great Northern Warehouse.

Manchester City's Facebook page can be found here. Here is a look at the route map:

Fans hoping for the best view are advised to head straight for the stage, where the players will be presented starting at 7 p.m. BST. As there will be no tickets for the event, it might be a good idea to show up early.

Gabriel Jesus scored the goal that took the Sky Blues to 100 points on the season, an incredible achievement. City crushed the opposition on their way to the title, putting together arguably the most dominant campaign in Premier League history.

Here are some of the numbers behind their dominance:

The strong finish all but wiped out memories of the disappointing European campaign, and UEFA Champions League success will be the club's top priority next season. Based on their domestic brilliance, there's no reason to believe they can't get the better of the continent's best, either.

With huge financial reserves and a clear emphasis on adding youthful talent to the squad―Jesus, Leroy Sane and Phil Fodden were among the standouts this season―the future looks very bright for the Sky Blues, and fans should enjoy every second of it.
