The early returns appear to be very positive for Beasley. He tweeted the album had already cracked iTunes' Top 20 on the first day of its release.
The list of athletes who have jumped into the music scene continues to grow now that Beasley has joined the fray. Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball released his own album, Born 2 Ball, on Feb. 15.
