Dwane Casey on Entering Game 4 Down 3-0: Raptors' Pride, Season on Line
Toronto Raptors head coach Dwane Casey wants to see his team leave everything on the court during Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Per Ben Axelrod of WKYC Channel 3, Casey explained what Toronto is facing in a series down 3-0 against a Cavs team that's eliminated them from the playoffs in each of the past two seasons.
“We have one more game," he said. "Our pride is on the line. Basically, our season is on the line.”
LeBron James ripped the Raptors' heart out in Saturday's Game 3 at Quicken Loans Arena. The four-time NBA MVP hit a game-winning jumper at the buzzer to give Cleveland a 105-103 win.
James' final shot came after Toronto erased a 14-point deficit when the fourth quarter started to tie the game.
The Cavaliers have won 11 of their last 13 playoff games against the Raptors, including nine straight victories.
