PSG Transfer News: Neymar Reportedly Wants to Play with Cristiano Ronaldo
Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly keen to move to Real Madrid this summer to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
Despite only joining the French giants prior to this season, the Brazilian has been linked with an exit at the end of the campaign, with Los Blancos said to be intent on securing his signature.
According to Marca (h/t Kate McGreavy of MailOnline), Neymar wants to line up alongside Ronaldo and will now have to take steps to secure a way out of the Parc des Princes. The newspaper's official Twitter account relayed the story, which was front-page news:

Miguel Delaney of The Independent reported in February that Madrid are confident of signing Neymar.
The former Barcelona man became the world's most expensive footballer last summer, as PSG matched the £198 million release clause in the forward's contract and lured him to the French capital amid much fanfare.
In the main, it's been a successful season for Neymar and the team. Despite Neymar being absent since February due to injury, PSG have won Ligue 1, the Coupe de la Ligue and will face Les Herbiers in the final of the Coupe de France on Tuesday.
Neymar has made it look easy at times this season:
The one blemish for Neymar and PSG was their UEFA Champions League exit in the last 16 at the hands of Real Madrid. The forward missed the second leg of the contest after picking up an injury between the two games.
While he's not been involved lately, Neymar has still attracted criticism from some quarters. Speaking on RMC (h/t ESPN FC) last month, former France star Christophe Dugarry slammed the 26-year-old for staying in Brazil while PSG celebrated winning the French title.
French football writer Jeremy Smith suggested that decision says a lot about the team:
It will only serve to fuel rumours about Neymar potentially returning to Spain to join the great rivals of his former club.
Madrid, while into their fourth Champions League final in five years, have looked in need of an extra attacking spark. Ronaldo remains as lethal as ever, but both Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale have found it tough going for long spells of the season.
Neymar would help rejuvenate the attack if he were to move to Madrid. Former Barcelona and Brazil forward Rivaldo thinks it will happen, per Eurosport UK:

PSG surely won't want to let their star player go, though, especially after working so hard to get him last summer.
Still, Madrid have been known to flex their financial muscles in FIFA World Cup summers, having spent big to land James Rodriguez in 2014. After slipping behind Barcelona in La Liga this season and watching their big rivals splash the cash, it would be no surprise if there was a response from the European champions.
