SWAT Team Raids Ex-College DE's Home for Threatening Cowboys During Draft
A SWAT team raided the house of former University of Tennessee at Chattanooga defensive end Keyon Reed in Melbourne, Florida, after he allegedly made threats against the Dallas Cowboys, per TMZ Sports.
According to police, Reed "had called members of the Dallas Cowboys and was telling them they needed to sign him. They stated he was making threats to harm people if the Cowboys did not sign him."
Reed reportedly admitted to making the threats to police, saying he was "frustrated they wouldn't 'show him the real money' and sign him to a contract."
After assessing the situation, the authorities determined he wasn't a threat and did not arrest him.
