Fuller who co-owns R3 Motorsports will be driving and has Tim Rice as crew chief.

The whole deal came about due to Fuller wanting to race in the truck race, but his team is in Memphis for the Nationwide race, and he was able to work out a deal with TRG.

Marc Davis will be driving the No. 19 Howard University Radio WHUR Chevrolet for his family-owned team at Martinsville.
