Joel Embiid Trolls Hassan Whiteside with Kanye West Reference on Instagram

The Philadelphia 76ers may have eliminated the Miami Heat from the NBA playoffs, but that didn't stop Sixers center Joel Embiid from getting petty online.

Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice shared a screenshot of Embiid's comment on Instagram regarding a critical assessment Heat team president Pat Riley made about Hassan Whiteside:

Embiid missed the first two games of Philadelphia's first-round series with Miami while recovering from a fractured orbital bone. He returned to average 18.7 points, 10.3 rebounds and 3.0 blocks over the final three games, all of which were wins for the Sixers.

Whiteside, on the other hand, averaged just 5.2 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks, and the Heat had a minus-15.3 net rating with him on the court, according to NBA.com.

The beef between Embiid and Whiteside goes back to earlier this year, so Embiid likely felt extra satisfaction when he and his teammates bounced the Heat out of the postseason.
