GM Dave Gettleman Says Giants Got 'Big Butts' in 2018 NFL Draft
Penn State running back Saquon Barkley was the highlight of the New York Giants' 2018 draft class, but general manager Dave Gettleman pointed to something besides just the No. 2 overall pick when praising his team's additions.
"Dave Gettleman says he's thrilled about the draft, one of things #Giants got in this class were 'big butts,'" Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News tweeted.
The Giants did add some players at positions frequently featuring "big butts."

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
They selected offensive guard Will Hernandez from UTEP in the second round, outside linebacker Lorenzo Carter from Georgia and defensive tackle B.J. Hill from NC State in the third round, and defensive tackle R.J. McIntosh from Miami in the fifth round.
Considering New York was 29th in the league in sacks last season and a middling 15th in the league in run blocking, per Football Outsiders, adding playmakers to the front seven and the offensive line was surely a step in the right direction after a 3-13 effort in 2017.
