Josh Rosen Celebrates Cardinals Picking Him in 2018 NFL Draft with Dance Party
Josh Rosen might have been unhappy about falling to the No. 10 pick of the 2018 NFL draft, but he still celebrated like he was No. 1 late Thursday night.
TMZ Sports obtained video of the former UCLA quarterback's celebration at a bar in Dallas, complete with bottle service and sparklers. Rosen then kept the party going in his hotel room with what seemed like a late-night dance session caught on video.
The new Arizona Cardinals quarterback believes he is the best player in this draft, telling Ed Werder of Westwood 1 Sports the nine selections ahead of him were mistakes.
However, he explained to reporters afterward his ability to work his way through the anger:
"I thought I should've been picked at 1, 2 or 3. I dropped, and I was pissed. I was really, really angry. I wasn't really showing it. I was trying to keep calm, cool, composed. But I thought I was going to get picked, and I thought I was going to have to put on a face and try and fake happiness. But for some reason, right when I got that call, that's not what happened. I got really happy and really motivated."
It seems he was satisfied with his pick based on his celebration later in the night.
