Saquon Barkley Doesn't Expect to Enter Year as Giants Starter, Wants to Earn It

Newly drafted New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley will be their starter barring injury Week 1.

That doesn't mean he's above putting the work in to ensure that happens.

"I want to earn everything. I expect to come in and work and earn my job," Barkley said after being drafted with the second overall pick in Thursday's NFL draft.

Barkley, who starred for three years at Penn State, is the highest-drafted running back since Reggie Bush in 2006.
