Davey Boy Smith Wanted by Police for Allegedly Throwing Coffee at Jake Roberts

Police in New Orleans are investigating an incident between Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Jake Roberts from April 7, Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin reported Thursday. 

A representative from the New Orleans Police Department told Satin that Smith allegedly threw a cup of coffee at Roberts while the two were having an argument at WrestleCon during the weekend of WrestleMania 34.

Smith told Wrestlezone's Nick Hausman he had become angry when he confronted Roberts about critical things Roberts had said about his father, who wrestled as The British Bulldog.

Smith said he asked Roberts to resolve their dispute outside, but Roberts declined and told Smith to "f--k off," at which point Smith allegedly threw the coffee.

According to Satin, Smith could potentially be charged with simple battery.
