Report: Falcons vs. Saints to Be Prime-Time Game for 2018 NFL Thanksgiving Slate
The NFC South rival Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints will reportedly clash in a prime-time game on Thanksgiving during the 2018 NFL regular season.
According to Jeff Duncan of the Times-Picayune, the Saints will host the game at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Nov. 22 at 8:20 p.m. ET, and it will air on NBC.
Per Duncan, 2018 will mark the 10th time in the past 12 seasons that at least one game between the Falcons and Saints will air in prime time.

The full schedule for both teams will be released Thursday night.
Both the Falcons and Saints are coming off playoff berths in 2017, as Atlanta earned a wild card with a 10-6 record, while New Orleans won the NFC South with an 11-5 mark.
The Falcons fell to the eventual Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Divisional Round, while the Saints lost in the NFC Divisional Round to the Minnesota Vikings on a miraculous touchdown pass from Case Keenum to Stefon Diggs as time expired.
Atlanta and New Orleans split their season series last year with each team picking up a win at home.
The Falcons are just two seasons removed from a Super Bowl appearance, and the Saints are a popular Super Bowl pick entering 2018 due to an improving defense, the return of quarterback Drew Brees and the dynamic running back duo of Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara.
Next season's Turkey Day game will mark Atlanta's third Thanksgiving contest in team history, and New Orleans' second.
