Manchester City's Interest in PSG, Atletico Madrid Target Paulinho Rumoured
Manchester City are reportedly interested in making a move for Vasco da Gama attacker Paulinho.
According to Simon Jones for MailOnline, the 17-year-old Brazilian has also caught the eye of Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, and Vasco say he has a release clause of £25 million.
That is a more-than-affordable fee for City to pay if they believe he is worth the money, while PSG could also easily stump up £25 million.

It seems unlikely Vasco will accept anything less as they have reportedly already turned down a £12 million offer from Atleti, while interest from England has been registered, per Jones: "Paulinho's agent Carlos Leite was in England last week as he gauged interest in the youngster."
Paulinho is an exciting and versatile young star who is capable of playing anywhere across the front line—his preference is for the right flank.
He has represented Brazil 21 times for the under-17s and is already a key part of the Vasco first team—he was the first player born in 2000 to score in the Copa Libertadores.
If it comes down to a fight between PSG and City to sign him, the Manchester outfit could have the edge as Paulinho could be tempted by the prospect of continuing his development under manager Pep Guardiola.
