Drake Wears Humboldt Broncos Jersey to Raptors-Wizards Game 1

Drake showed up in his customary courtside seat at Air Canada Centre for Game 1 of the Toronto Raptors' first-round playoff series against the Washington Wizards on Saturday donning a Humboldt Broncos jersey.

The Washington Post's Candace Buckner provided a glimpse inside the arena when Drake was recognized by the crowd on the arena's Jumbotron:

Toronto City Councilor Norm Kelly was among those who appreciated the rapper's gesture:

Drake's decision to wear the jersey comes eight days after the junior hockey team was involved in a bus crash in Saskatchewan that left 16 people dead.
