The official order of the top 14 teams will be determined May 15 at the draft lottery in Chicago.

The Dallas Mavericks and Atlanta Hawks, who both finished 24-58, had the most significant impact at the top of the draft at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, on June 21. The Mavs now have the third-best odds to win the lottery at 13.8 percent, followed by the Hawks at 13.7 percent.

The only other lottery tiebreaker involved Sacramento and the Chicago Bulls, who got the No. 6 overall pick over the Kings. Both teams have an identical 5.3 percent chance to select first.

The biggest cluster involved selections Nos. 20-23, with four teams having 48-34 records. The Oklahoma City Thunder won the tiebreaker to earn the 20th draft choice, though that pick belongs to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
