Raiders Nation: Playing the What If Game Is a Time Wasting Concept

What if, wow instead of focusing on the if, lets focus on the what.

What we have is a young quarterback, we do not need to go back and realize what we could have had, cause it's not. Support our quarterback and forget about Peterson, he is a VIKING!

What if Bo Jackson did played for the Bucs, what if Eli did play for the Chargers, and what if the tuck game never happened. Get the point you can what if all the way back to the beginning of time. So lets not waist our time on what if's and focus on the "what" as in what we do have is Jmac.

Have we really given him the best chance to succeed, I mean look into the archives of the NFL.

How many quarterbacks have been successful under so many changes at head coach, playcallers, wide receivers and linemen. Jmac has always had a high completion percentage all through college, how come all of a sudden he can't complete a pass.

Do we think maybe starting two rookie wide receivers might have something to do with it, when we are trying to run timing patterns.

Rookies at wideout and the defense is licking there chops, why? Well cause they can play bump and run coverage, while we have to make sure our youngsters can fight off of it before the fire ball Jmac throws comes at them.

When they can't, that's when Jmac holds onto the ball and gets sacked and even fumbles. Dont get me wrong Jmac has to take some heat also, but not a what if.

Adrian Peterson is a great player, but so are many others if they fit into what you're team is trying to do. Jmac will be great I can feel it lets show him some support and help build his confidence instead of dogging him any chance we get.
