Few baseball movies are more beloved than The Sandlot, and the main cast members reunited for a segment on NBC's Today show to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary.

NBC News' Gadi Schwartz shared a photo of the cast. Mike Vitar, who played Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez was the only cast member absent from the reunion:

In addition to reminiscing about the movie, the actors took to the diamond to turn back the clock. The Today show's official Twitter account shared the full segment:

"The film was made with the same amount of love that people have for it," said director David Mickey Evans during the interview (h/t Entertainment Weekly's Mary Kate Carr). "It was the greatest summer of our lives."

The fact that the Milwaukee Brewers recreated a scene from The Sandlot during spring training and are holding a Sandlot-themed promotional night in August is a testament to the movie's continued longevity.
