Young Nicholas' stranglehold of the Raw tag team division lasted less than one night.

Braun Strowman told Raw general manager Kurt Angle on Monday night that he and Nicholas were surrendering the Raw tag team titles. Strowman cited Nicholas' busy schedule as a fourth-grader in elementary school:

Strowman selected Nicholas out of the crowd in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome at WrestleMania 34 on Sunday when he needed a tag team partner to challenge Cesaro and Sheamus. Strowman essentially single-handedly defeated Cesaro and Sheamus to take the tag belts.

Brad Shepard of Bodyslam.net reported Nicholas is the son of WWE referee John Cone, which answered one of the biggest questions coming out of WrestleMania 34.

If this is the end of Nicholas' in-ring career with WWE, at least he got to go out on top.
