New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski made a fan's wish come true by visiting her in the hospital as she awaits a second heart transplant in five years.

According to TMZ Sports, Lauren Meizo has been hospitalized for three months waiting for a kidney and heart transplant. She revealed in a YouTube video her wish was to meet the five-time Pro Bowler, and he paid her a visit alongside his brother, Gordie, on Monday.

She shared an image of the encounter on her Facebook page:
