Kawhi Leonard's Relationship with Gregg Popovich Fine, Sean Elliott Says
Former San Antonio Spurs star Sean Elliott doesn't believe there is any strife between Gregg Popovich and Kawhi Leonard.
Speaking to TMZ Sports, Elliott said he has no reason to think Leonard isn't happy with the Spurs.
"I think [Leonard's] really happy in San Antonio," Elliott said. "The city's been good to him. The organization's been great to him. He has a great relationship with Pop."

Leonard has played in only nine games this season due to a quad injury. His last appearance came on Jan. 13, when he scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds in 28 minutes against the Denver Nuggets.
After the Spurs shut Leonard down again, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Michael C. Wright reported the two-time All-Star and his camp had grown "distant" and "disconnected" from the Spurs organization.
Popovich denied that report when speaking to reporters on Jan. 23, saying Leonard's relationship with the team is "no different than it has been for the whole time he has been here."
After hope emerged that Leonard would be able to return on March 15, ESPN.com's Ramona Shelburne reported the Spurs star's comeback had been delayed again without a definite timetable.
Wojnarowski reported last week that the Spurs held a players-only meeting to implore Leonard to return prior to the postseason.
The Spurs have eight games remaining in the regular season entering play on Tuesday. They are tied with the New Orleans Pelicans for the fifth-best record in the Western Conference at 43-31.
