Hard Work Pays Off, Who New
I dont think teams have holes in positions. No team has a great player in every spot, it’s the grunts we need, the hard working bring you’re lunch to work type of guys. You know like Fargas, get you’re hands dirty stick you’re nose in there and block the blitzing LB.
Every team has a great player in 1 position or another but not every team has workers, lots of teams have pre madonnas players who think there better then they are so they dont work as hard.
Great players are great for there hard work and attention to detail. Players who are told there great dont work as hard or as long. Kobe Bryant great player 1 of the best, hardest working man on the whole damn team relentless in his approach to be the best. John stockton not so good physically but hardest working point guard i ever saw, also relentless in his approach. Then there is the player that is told he is the best and believes it without the hard work or work ethic, Leaf, Marinovich, Bozworth, ect, ect, ect. Another hard working mediocre type player that i believe belongs in the HOF reguardless of our hatred for him Terrell Davis dude was great.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The point is i hope our players are taking notice, and watching Seymour, Nnamdi, Fargas, and now Huff. I love the fact that he and Nnamdi are always together and he is quickly learning how to play this game. Michael Huff you are now becoming what we invisioned when you were drafted. Mcfadden, Bush, i hope you're watching Fargas. Since Jmac got his little pep talk from McNabb and Vick lets hope he has also seen what it takes to be great.
Since we are throwing guarantees around, i guarantee that Jamc will come in next season in the best shape of his life. I think he knows he did wrong by not coming in ready and in shape. Like i said hard work pays off, not just hearing you're the best.
