MMA Fighter Gets Spun in Place, Knocked out Cold by Brutal Head Kick

Steven RondinaMar 11, 2018

The UFC and Bellator might be taking this weekend off, but there was still plenty of MMA action to be had outside the United States.

Take, for example, Sunday's Super Fight League event. The Indian promotion delivered a pair of events over the weekend with some amazing finishes. The best of the bunch was likely Sumeet Khade's massive head kick knockout of Pawat Goyat.

Just 40 seconds into the round, Goyat is caught loading up a big right hand. In most cases, he would have gotten away with that kind of telegraphed move, but Khade happened to be prepping a big head kick himself and landed it clean as Goyat was throwing.

The result sent Goyat spinning on his way to the ground before landing with an audible crash.

The huge win advances Goyat to 8-2 in his career and further establishes him as one of Asia's most fan-friendly fighters. Keep an eye on him, folks.
