Mavericks' Harrison Barnes Treats 150 Boys & Girls Clubs Kids to 'Black Panther'
Last Thursday, tennis superstar Serena Williams and her husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, treated young women from Black Girls Code to a showing of superhero movie Black Panther.
Dallas Mavericks forward Harrison Barnes offered a similar gesture on Monday evening.
Per the Mavericks' Twitter account, Barnes treated 150 kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas to the film:
"Harrison Barnes is at Studio Movie Grill in Dallas, where he bought tickets for 150 local kids to see Black Panther. They don't know he's coming. pic.twitter.com/82JbH8EEBo

Team owner Mark Cuban also attended:
"What you do on the court is one thing, but what you do in the community, off the court, says a whole lot more about who you are," Cuban said about the 25-year-old player.
Barnes signed with the Mavericks in July 2016.
