Vegas Golden Knights vs. Pittsburgh Penguins: Odds, Analysis, NHL Betting Pick
Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will make his first appearance in Pittsburgh as a visitor on Tuesday when he and the Vegas Golden Knights (35-13-4) take on the Penguins (29-22-3) as small road underdogs.
Fleury won three Stanley Cups with the Penguins before going on to become a pick of the Western Conference-leading Golden Knights in last June's expansion draft.
Betting line: The Penguins opened as -139 favorites (wager $130 to win $100); the total is at six goals, according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. (Line updates and matchup report)

Why the Golden Knights can pay on the NHL lines
Vegas has already beaten Pittsburgh once this season with Fleury in net, defeating the Stanley Cup champions 2-1 on December 14 to kick off an eight-game winning streak.
Fleury made 24 saves in that game, and he remains one of the NHL's top goalies with a 15-4-2 mark and 1.84 goals-against average.
The Golden Knights are also 3-1 on their current six-game road trip following a 4-3 comeback victory against the Washington Capitals on Sunday behind two goals from Reilly Smith.
Why the Penguins can pay on the NHL lines
The Penguins are coming off a 3-1 road loss to the New Jersey Devils on Saturday, snapping their four-game winning streak. Casey DeSmith took the loss in net for Pittsburgh after Matt Murray won the previous two games.
Murray is expected to start here opposite Fleury, who served as his mentor and helped him win two Cups in his first two years in the league as a starter.
The motivation for Murray should be huge in this spot, as he looks to prove his team made the right move in letting Fleury go to Vegas.
Smart betting pick
It is hard to ever count out the Golden Knights, who have dropped only one game by more than one goal since December 1. That came last Friday in a 5-2 road loss to the Minnesota Wild, who are one of just two teams to beat Vegas twice this season.
The first meeting between these teams was competitive and low-scoring. Look for the rematch to be much different, with each team scoring at least three goals.
The over has cashed in three straight home games for the Penguins, according to the OddsShark NHL Database, along with four of their past five. Expect that trend to continue here.
